Crossfit BNI Kids

What better way to get your kids to grow up healthy and strong than an exciting, group fitness class made just for them? In order to have a life-long love of working out kids must start young and have fun. This is the principal goal of CrossFit Kids. The children don’t realize they are exercising, they simply think they are playing!

Nearly every child sits for hours a day at school, in the evening doing homework, watching movies, playing video games and talking on the phone. It is just hard to keep them active. We will show them that fun isn’t always found in front of a TV.

Our program delivers healthy living and requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics. If they are enrolled in sports, then this program will only make them stronger and less susceptible to injuries and fatigue on the field.

CrossFit Kids will focus on fun and safety by training in strength exercises, cardio, and gymnastics. Overall, you can expect these many benefits:

Increased muscle strength and endurance
Protection of your child’s muscles and joints from injury
Improved performance in a particular sport
Better heart and lung function
A healthy body composition
Stronger bones
Lower blood cholesterol levels
A good fitness habit that lasts a lifetime

Some studies also suggest that improved self-esteem and a decreased chance of depression also are upshots of strength training. Your child may get a feel-good boost after improving his or her performance.

Come in today- times are varied, classes are structured and taught by a CrossFit Kids certified teacher who is insured, trained and background checked. Have your child start the program then listen to them rave about how fun it was at CrossFit Kids!
