Whether you are looking to lose weight, get back into shape, challenge yourself athletically, or train for CrossFit competitions, CrossFit BNI is here to help. Our massive facility is home to a variety of barbells, bumper plate weights, medicine balls, rowing machines, ropes for climbing, kettlebells, specialized equipment, and so much more, all designed for members to use during our constantly varied workouts of the day (WODs). Each time you come in for a WOD, you will receive expert coaching from one of our certified trainers as well as invaluable support from members who are sharing in the exact same challenging experience as you. By the end of the session, your body will be exhausted, your mind will have been tested, your spirit will be strengthened, and your limits will have been pushed.

CrossFit BNI isn’t your typical gym experience. There are no scheduled workout routines like lifting back and biceps on Monday, chest and triceps on Tuesday, and so on. Here, you never know what to expect – Maybe something like this:

• Monday: 5k run
• Tuesday: Power cleans and dips circuit
• Wednesday: Burpees and kettelbell swings
• Thursday: 150 wall balls (otherwise known as Karen)
• Friday: Shoulder-to-overhead lift, deadlift, rowing circuit
• Saturday: Team WOD with member’s sharing the workload
• Sunday: Skills practice/strength training
