Getting Started
Your CrossFit BNI experience begins right here! Before you begin attending our full class sessions, you will need to complete our On Ramp program, which will introduce you to the philosophies of CrossFit as well as teach you the basic skills and movements you will need when you begin full participation.
During this course, you will learn all the basic instructions of CrossFit and how to safely use barbells. After completing all three days, in any order, you may then start to come to regular CrossFit classes.
