CrossFit Introduction

CrossFit IntroWe are glad you chose to start! During our fun, group CrossFit classes, we combine Olympic style weight-lifting techniques, powerlifting mechanics, cardio and gymnastics to get you in the best shape of your life. In order to properly maneuver through the classes and WODs (workouts of the day) you will need to be familiarized with some of the complicated movements and lifts. Our members and athletes are important to us and expect our full attention during classes.

Therefore, if you have not been introduced to CrossFit before, you will need to take our 3 day On Ramp program. During the On Ramp program, you will learn and get comfortable with the basic movements that will be required of you once you join the classes.

The On Ramp Program is $50 and runs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6pm and is taught by a CrossFit Level 1 instructor. The classes will each last about 1 hour. You must attend all 3 classes, even if spread out over multiple weeks. Once the On Ramp Program has been successfully finished, you will be able to join the normal CrossFit classes.

What Do I Do to Get Started?

You will need to schedule for the On Ramp classes. Go here to register yourself and click the tab for On Ramp to see the days/times it is offered. Please register for the 3 classes you will be attending, then pay the $50 online. That’s it!

Unable to Make the On Ramp Class Times?

No problem. You also have the option of paying for an accelerated 1 hour On Ramp session at the rate of $60. You will be able to schedule this at the time and day that works best for you. When registering, just chose the Personal Training tab. You will then be able to choose the 1 hour time slot and the instructor that is best for you.

Want to Try Out a Class First to See What CrossFit is Like?

You are always welcome to try a Saturday CrossFit class at 9am, even if you haven’t yet completed the On Ramp program. This is a fun, beginner class and is a great way to see what CrossFit is all about.
