“Thank you very much for providing such a high energy and challenging experience for me during the month of April. Each day I brought my ‘A’ game, maybe ‘B+’ at times, and developed a new lifestyle – waking up early, eating right, and exercising. My knowledge of the ‘CrossFit’ sport grew and at the same time I met some fit individuals. Even though I never finished any of the WODs in the top or middle tier, the whole group cheered me on to finish and I never felt discouraged. ”

“At home I have two amazing children, age 2 and 4 months, who have high energy levels especially the older one. Just a month of training I am able to keep up with them, carry them without being out of breath, and more importantly I feel great about myself. My wife loves the change she sees in my mental spirit and physical abilities.
Thank you so much;) You have a wonderful program. I really enjoy how encouraging everybody is, it’s a great environment.”

“CrossFit Kids is AMAZING! Everyone should expose their kids to this great program. ANY KID can go. My kids get so excited about CrossFit Kids that it is now a great reward for them during the week. Beth is a fantastic instructor and I hope that the program keeps growing!”

“Crossfit BNI is an unique experience. I have tried everything from body pump, traditional gyms, as well as, other crossfits. I can honestly say that crossfit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity) is drastically different from anything I’ve ever experienced.
Every day is a challenge, but an attainable one. The environment is very uplifting and encouraging. I enjoy the team environment and everyone is very positive.
Another aspect about CrossFit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity) that I appreciate is that the class is very diverse-there are true athletes, young, old, those who are working out for the first time in years and those who attend CrossFit to become healthier. No matter what your skill level is, CrossFit will work for you. I had reconstructive knee surgery and was unable to work out for nearly 6 months. Mike and Beth were fantastic about tailoring each workout to meet my needs. Over time, I have become stronger and stronger.
I would encourage anyone to try CrossFit BNI(Beyond Normal Intensity) …I guarantee you that you’ll be hooked.”
-Kelleigh M June 2011
“I was lucky to find BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity), a place that is so much more than the globo-gyms and all without the big equipment. I’m a much better version of myself now and I’m proud of myself for reaching goals I thought I couldn’t. I highly recommend this gym not only for adults, but for kids too. My kids love the CrossFit kids class and what a great way to keep kids active.”

“CrossFit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity) has changed my life! I have dropped 35 lbs and feel great. Mike, Beth and my fellow cross fitters push me to do my best every day.
Every day is a challenge, but every workout is scalable meaning if you don’t feel comfortable with an exercise it can be altered or changed so you still get the best results from your workout.
My 4y/o son goes and loves it, he gets so excited when he knows that he gets to go to CrossFit.
Thank you CFBNI for what you have help me accomplish and for all my future goals!
Call them…you won’t be disappointed!”

“I have always played sports growing up, and always tried to stay in decent shape. CrossFit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity) is the PERFECT place to get in shape. Mike and Beth are amazing and continue to push me to be the best I can be. I, like many others, was tired of the monotony of a regular ol’ gym. At CrossFit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity), the workouts are changed up, and keep sparking my interest. I am addicted to the wonderful feeling of going everyday. CrossFit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity) is perfect for any ability, and can meet your needs. The community of people help to make my workouts that much better. ”

“Crossfit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity) is awesome! I was extremely intimated by CrossFit when I saw the type of equipment used, I was an elliptical girl at regular gyms, never did I think I would be using Olympic weights! From the beginning I was greeted with open arms and encouraged by Mike, Beth and my fellow crossfitters! I truly look forward to working out everyday and I cannot wait to keep seeing self improvements with goals that I now know I can achieve!”

“CrossFit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity) is insanely ADDICTING!!!! If you are tired of your dull gym workouts and never seeing results, ready to get into great shape, or want to turn up the volume in your workouts, CrossFit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity) is for you!!!
I have been working out with Mike and Beth since March 2009 and will never join a typical gym again!! I LOVE the WODs (workout of the day) because they are so intense and challenging, but when you continue to see results, it becomes an addiction. I have met so many people with CrossFit because not only do we all share a love for exercise, they have become good friends of mine.
Give them a call and try it out!”
-Anne G June 2011
“I LOVE CrossFit and it truly is for everyone! I joined CrossFit to get in shape and “tone up” for my wedding. After three months I achieved those results and now I am addicted to going everyday! Mike and Beth are so positive and encouraging. It is so fun to work out when everyday is different and challenging! I have met so many great people and everyone pushes each other to meet their personal goals! Thanks for the awesome workouts!!!”

“If you consider yourself an athlete and think you have done it all and there’s nothing else that can push you to your limits you’re wrong. Crossfit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity) does! The amount of intensity that this class provides, you will not be able to achieve on your own. It is perfect for just about anyone including those of us who are used to keep in shape and don’t have the time to spend 2-3 hours a day at a gym anymore. I joined Crossfit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity) not even 4 months ago with 3 to 4 classes per week and I am already at the point where I was working out twice for 2 hours every day during my off seasons. It’s crazy how much you get out of each class whether you are trying to trim down, gain muscle mass or just simply keep in shape.”
-Eni F June 2011
“CrossFit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity) is quickly setting the standard for other gyms to follow.
I was tired of the typical “globo-gym” atmosphere where everyone acts like they are better than you, using intimidation to try and get the machine/bench/weights that I was using. I had been lifting weights and running for the last 8 years with the Air Force and while I was in good shape, I was needless to say stuck in a rut!
Enter CrossFit… BAM! I can personally say my first workout with Mike, Beth, and the rest of the CFBNI community left me feeling like it was day one! The greatest feeling was that when I looked around, there were firefighters, policemen, insurance salesmen, teachers, etc that were just as exhausted, but we had finished together. Every day after that for the last 6 months has been the same experience.
I have said this to all my friends: You do not need to have ANY fitness experience to begin changing your life with CrossFit! The key to success is scalability, meaning that you work with the movements that your body can handle, and the results speak for themselves!
Whatever your reason may be for wanting to change your life, there is no better time than now, give it a try!”

“Great gym, great workouts, great owners!
-Jonh R. June 2011
“CrossFit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity) is a family. I had absolutely no fitness experience before joining BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity), I can absolutely say that I have become an athlete. CrossFit is for anyone! Its a fun fitness challenge with a group of people that are encouraging and helpful. They make you feel like you belong. I have never seen results like this, I lost 35 pounds and can do a pull up!”
-Katelyn M June 2011
“If you are like me and have tried every diet and gym known to this world, stop it and come to CrossFit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity)-absolutely hands down best workout!!!”
-Aimee June 2011
“You will get results, no matter what Fitness Level you are at. They will give you the tools to raise the bar for yourself and you WILL GET THERE. I’ve been a Gym buff for probably 10 years (as in going 4-7 times a week) and could never do a pull up. I joined BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity) in April and I can do pullups now, in fact, yesterday, I did 100. If that’s not progress, I don’t know what is! So, quit going through the motions and being bored with your Gym routine! You can do this and we’re here waiting to cheer you on!”

I joined CrossFit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity) on April 9, 2010. I saw my hair stylist and her assistant getting noticeable results after just 3 weeks. I wanted those kinds of results, too. By the end of my third week, I knew I had found the answer I had been searching for all of my adult life! Based on the comments and compliments, my results are definitely noticeable. It’s the only exercise I’ve ever done where I’m excited to go work out. Mike, the owner, makes sure we do something different every day, so we never get bored and are always challenged. At the end of class, I feel like I actually did something that burned calories. I’ve tried everything before, including several women only gyms, a personal trainer, walking, jogging and exercise DVDs. In my life before CrossFit, I even had a bedroom in my home full of exercise equipment. (Think Soloflex, treadmill, bike, elliptical. You name it. I owned it.) I am thrilled with my results from working out with the early a.m. class. We encourage each other to push it further than we thought we could. I recently added 2 personal training sessions per week and my results have accelerated. It’s time to kick it up a notch so I can get out of “weight loss mode” and on to “maintenance mode.” I just turned 47 in July and I’ve been in “weight loss mode” since I was 24. When I started CrossFit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity), I was wearing a size “L” which is equal to a 14-16. (I just couldn’t handle buying pants with a number that large). This past week is my last week in a size 10. When I go to work on Monday, I will be wearing an 8. I’ve been doing CrossFit 3 x week for 17 weeks. My results may not be as fast as some places will promote—but I’m sure they will last this time. My first goal was to look good in my clothes; my second goal was to look good out of my clothes. Or as Mike says, ‘Look Better Naked.’
For me, this is the best form of exercise in the world, because I finally have measurable results.”
