Each new On Ramp series begins every Monday at 10 am and/or 7 pm. New members will not be able to start on a Wednesday or Friday due the schedule of the On ramp programming.
You are able to schedule three 1 hour sessions with a trainer/coach that fits your work schedule. The fee for the 3 private sessions is $120 ($40 each hour). If you can only make 1 of the scheduled class times, then all you owe for the class is $25 and then $40 for each private On Ramp session.
Yes, we offer Free childcare Monday through Friday. We have a scheduled staff member at 9 am, 5 pm and 6 pm. *Please check our monthly calendar daily in the childcare room for any schedule updates.
Only if you want your own specialty jump rope, wrist wraps, Olympic shoes, or personal type items. Other than that, NO. We supply all the equipment you need. Just show up and we will take care of the rest.
Yes, we are currently under construction for two showers in each of the two bathrooms. The completion date is April 30th, 2016. Please bring your own toiletries for your shower and towel for drying off. CrossFit BNI does not provide shampoo and/or soap for your shower.
Yes, we offer separate changing/storage rooms for men and women, free of charge. CrossFit BNI is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We highly recommend that you bring your own padlock and lock up your personal belongings prior to your workout.
When it comes to workout clothes, comfort is far more important than fashion. Rather than purchasing clothes that look good, you should purchase clothes that feel good. When trying on workout wear, it is important that you bend and stretch or jog-in-place to make sure your clothes fit well. If you purchase ill-fitting clothes, you may find yourself adjusting your garments throughout your workout. At CrossFit BNI, we recommend that you consider the following when purchasing workout gear:
The right workout wear will make a tremendous difference in your overall gym experience. We are more than happy to provide you with recommendations on athletic clothing brands or point you in the direction of a nearby sporting goods store. Please do not hesitate to ask!
You should stretch before and after you work out. Light stretching before exercise can prevent injuries from occurring and stretching post-exercise can help to reduce muscle tension and increase flexibility.
