Your CrossFit BNI (Beyond Normal Intensity) experience begins right here! Before you begin attending our full class sessions, you will need to complete our On Ramp (Fundamentals / Foundations are similar programs) program, which will introduce you to the philosophies of CrossFit as well as teach you the basic skills and movements you will need when you begin full participation.

All you have to do is register using the Wodify link on this page. Make sure to tab over at the top of the page to the "On Ramp" section of this course scheduling system. Then, show up to the three-day training course we call On Ramp. This course runs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday either 10 am or 6 pm. The 3-day On Ramp is $75 and is required for all new members (with an exception made for those who have previous experience with CrossFit there is a test out option. In which the new CrossFit member will have to perform specific CrossFit Movements to show that they understand the principals and mechanics of all the Olympic lifts. The test out option is a $20 fee. Once passed the member can start joining the normal CrossFit class). However, if the On Ramp schedule does not work for you, or you would rather meet with one of our trainers one-on-one, you have the option of completing the On Ramp program during 3 1-hour personal training sessions. The cost of each session is $40 per hour. This way, you can get all of the information you need to get started (not to mention expert individualized coaching) at a time that is most convenient for you.
During this course, you will learn all the basic instructions of CrossFit and how to safely use barbells. After completing all three days, in any order, you may then start to come to regular CrossFit classes.

If you are looking for a way to perform better during your workouts, recover quicker after an intense WOD, or feel better and more refreshed on a daily basis, the CrossFit BNI Mobility Class is what you have been looking for.
Taught by Damion Jones, our Trainer and a licensed Physical Therapist, this 1-hour class is held every Thursday night at 7 p.m. Damion will cover some guided stretches, and mobilizing techniques to help keep an active body, free of strains, pains, range of motion limitations, tightness, and soreness.
This class is free for our BNI memebers and can be tremendously helpful at addressing a number of common problems. See Mike, Beth, or Damion if you have any questions. Registration is required and space is limited, so don't wait!
