College attended/Degree/Military Service and what you do now:

I am currently enrolled at Hillsborough Community College to pursue my degree in Radiation Therapy. I am a U.S. Army Veteran who served 8 years as a Paratrooper/Military Working Dog Handler in numerous locations domestically and internationally in support of U.S and Foreign Governments.

Your athletic background (did you play competitive sports, college sports; your certifications.

I was raised around a strong athletic background constantly engaged in sports year round. Growing up I played Soccer, Ran Track, played Football, but mainly Wrestling was my main focus and what I was passionate about and trained mostly on my offseason. While serving in the Army I was a certified MACP (Combatives) level 1 and level 2 instructor. I am currently a certified USAW level 1 Sports Performance Coach and pursuing my ISSA (Certified Personal Trainer) and ISSA (Certified Nutritionist Certification).

How did you find CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting?

I started bodybuilding at the age of 14 to 18 but soon changed over to CrossFit and more endurance/strength style workouts to accommodate myself to perform better due to my military occupation to further advance and prepare myself for the hardships of my job. I always loved the (Grind) aspect of CrossFit and how the whole concept was to push yourself past your comfort levels as well as setting new goals to reach whether it is in Gymnastics, Endurance, Olympic Weightlifting, or overall Strength. I've been doing CrossFit just a little over 6 years and Competing as an Olympic Weightlifter for a year now.


Favorite CrossFit move (could be Oly lift, other lift, cardio move, even burpees (if you really love them!))

My favorite CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting Movements would be Ring Muscle- UPs and Block Snatches.

CrossFit athlete you would most like to WOD with (and for what reason):

If I had to pick a CrossFit Athlete to WOD with I would choose Mat Fraser because I love his grind mentality. The guy has no quit and is humble about what he knows is his weaknesses and addresses and crushes them.
