I first discovered CrossFit back in 2018 in my hometown of Algonquin, Illinois. I originally joined Crossfit with the goals to get stronger and fitter for college football and fell in love with the workouts, physical and mental grind, and the CrossFit community. I have been coaching for three years now.
My favorite movement is definitely snatches. I also love ring and bar muscle ups as well.
Favorite CrossFit athlete would have to be Mat Fraser. He was a huge inspiration to me when I first got into CrossFit and I absolutely love his work ethic and motivation.
