At CrossFit BNI, we believe fitness should go beyond just a workout—it should transform the way you move, think, and live. For over 16 years, we’ve been helping everyday people in the Riverview community build strength, confidence, and resilience through expert coaching and a supportive environment. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or an experienced athlete, every workout is professionally programmed and fully scalable to meet you where you are.

CF-L2 CrossFit Coach/HYROX Group Instructor/Wellness & Nutrition Coach
College attended: I attended the School of Hard Knocks….lol. However, there is a lot of truth behind that. I attended several Community Colleges as working as a Chef. Received my Associates of Arts in Communications at Hillsborough Community College.
Sports played: I’ve played sports since I was 3 years old. Soccer, baseball and football during my middle and high school days. Some basketball, golf, and volleyball.
How I Found Crossfit: A friend at the time told me about it back in 2007. So, I did “FRAN” for my first WOD. It happened to be the Workout of the Day on CrossFit’s main page. It took me 14:27 to complete and it kicked my A$$. It humbled me back in 2008, because I thought I was in shape before doing it. Let’s just say that I had much to learn. And haven’t stopped learning ever since. Now, it’s well below 3 minutes. Which is why I love teaching and helping others move more efficiently and get results.
And my current goal is to get my CF-L3 by 2027
Favoritre CrossFit Move: The primary movement that I love is the Front Squat, Handstand Walk, Thruster & I hate running and burpees. But they are necessary in a healthy fitness program.
