College attended/Degree/Military Service and what you do now


I went to community college for about a year for interior design, I hated one of my professors so I dropped out. After a long stent with retail, I finally went to trade school for massage therapy. I had a very personal experience with an injury and massage honestly brought me back to life. So I knew that’s what I wanted to do! Be a licensed massage therapist and help others.  


Your athletic background (did you play competitive sports, college sports


I played soccer until senior year of high school when I inevitably blew my knee out. Soccer never really had an off season, but during “off season” I did more soccer and track in the spring. 


How did you find CrossFit?


It was probably 2013, or 2014 and I had started hearing more and more about CrossFit. I heard our little town had just opened a box up too. My friend and I were bored in the gym so we decided to try it out and we both got hooked. 


Favorite CrossFit move (could be Oly lift, other lift, cardio move, even burpees (if you really love them!))


Ohhhh man. This is gonna bring a lot of hate to me. I LOVE thrusters and burpees. I think I hate burpees so much that I just wanna get them done, so I’ve learned how to love them and move quickly through them. Also, pretty happy about gymnastic stuff. 


CrossFit athlete you would most like to WOD with (and for what reason)


I would absolutely love to workout with Kels Kiel. I think she’s such a badass but genuine and happy. She’d bring all the good vibes.
