About Our Yoga Program

Are you ready for some...YOGA??!! Every Thursday night at 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, join yoga instructor Yolanda for the regular yoga classes at CrossFit BNI.


Take a break from the high-intensity CrossFit classes you've pushed through all week. Our Yoga Classes in Riverview offer you the chance to strengthen your body  and improve your flexibility in a non-competitive environment where the focus is on breathing and calm. Classes Designed By Our Expert Yoga Instructor Yolanda Mean Optimal Benefits and Enjoyment


Yolanda Obtained her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Occupational Therapy at the University of Kansas in 1989 and 1998 respectively. Moved to Florida in 2003 and after establishing a private practice, has been serving persons with disabilities and/or diabetes as a certified and licensed occupational therapist (OTR/L), certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES) and certified aging in place specialist (CAPS).


In her teachings, she combines mindfulness, spirituality and body mechanics to create a dynamic class flow. She offers a fun, invigorating, heart-warming practice that is great for all levels!
