Personalized program where we will use a holistic approach to balanced wellness focusing on nutrition and fitness and implementing positive lifestyle behaviors.

6-Week Habit Based Program

This ia a personalized program where we will focus on building healthy, sustainable habits for maximal results in the gym and in life. This will become your roadmap of guidelines.

  • 45 minute Kickoff Meeting
  • 6-20 minute New Habit/Accountability Check-ins (Virtual or In-person)
  • Healthy recipes delivered straight to you
  • 30 minute habit review/goal setting meeting

12-Week 1-on-1 Coaching

The 1-on-1 coaching program takes a holistic approach in helping you build positive habits for a lifelong change. We will also focus on combining personalized exercise and nutrition goal setting to teach you how to fuel your body for optimum health and performance in the gym.
