Our nutrition service typically focuses on fueling performance and enhancing body composition through individualized coaching, macronutrient tracking (often based on the Zone Diet), and habit-based education. Services include, but are not limited to, private, 1-on-1 coaching, 3-month accountability packages, and group nutrition challenges designed for sustainable, long-term behavior changes.
Key components of CrossFit nutrition services include:
- Individualized Coaching: Tailored nutrition plans focused on eating whole foods—meats, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and fruit—while minimizing refined sugar.
- Accountability & Tracking: Weekly or monthly check-ins with a coach, utilizing apps or journals to track food intake and measure progress toward goals.
- Education-based Challenges: Group challenges often lasting 4-6 weeks to educate members on portion control, macronutrients, and meal prep.

Hyrox
HYROX is a global indoor fitness racing competition that combines 8 km of running with eight functional workout stations. Designed for all fitness levels, participants complete a 1 km run followed by one workout station, repeating this cycle eight times. It tests strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness in a consistent format worldwide. CrossFit BNI is a HYROX Training Club that designs workouts in a group setting designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength and stamina for overall health and wellness and to compete in the HYROX races.

is a strength and conditioning program designed specifically for children (ages 5 –12) that focuses on functional movements, fun, and safety rather than heavy weights. It promotes physical literacy, confidence, and healthy habits through varied exercises like running, jumping, and climbing tailored to different age groups.

Sessions focus on precise movement, technique correction, and customized programming, often using the same high-intensity, functional movements as group classes but designed specifically for the individual’s current capability.
