Membership Cancellation

If you would like to meet one-on-one with a coach to come up with other options because you know how important your health is, just contact the gym now! If you’re sure, you’d like to cancel, just complete, and submit the form below.

1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do), membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.

2. If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request. If you’re sure, you’d like to cancel, just complete, and submit the form below. This will serve as your (30-days) written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be canceled (30-days) from the submission of the form below. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this (30-days), the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation of membership prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period requires an early termination fee equal to the standard non-discounted 4-week membership rate.

Example:

1. John signs up for a 1-year membership at a discounted rate of $159 every 4 weeks. The regular 4-week rate is $185, which means John is saving $26 each cycle. After 9 billing cycles, John has already paid the discounted rate (9 × $159). If John cancels early, he will need to pay back the savings he received:

               9-cycles × $26 = $234 (the difference between the regular and discounted rate)

              + 1 additional billing cycle if the cancellation happens within the required 30-day cancellation period.
