About Our  Program

Mobility is key to living pain free. Every Wednesday night from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, join Coach Damion. Our own resident and Master Physical Therapist for the regular Mobility classes at CrossFit BNI.



Take a break from the high-intensity CrossFit classes you've pushed through all week. Our Mobility Classes in Riverview offer you the chance to mobilize your body and improve your range of motion in a non-competitive environment where the focus is on moving pain free in your full range of motion. To help you recover those muscles in a low impact way.
