About Our Program
Mobility is key to living pain free. Every Wednesday night from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, join Coach Damion. Our own resident and Master Physical Therapist for the regular Mobility classes at CrossFit BNI.

Our Mobility Classes in Riverview offer you the chance to mobilize your body and improve your range of motion in a non-competitive environment where the focus is on moving pain free in your full range of motion.
